DIAPER CAKE PRODUCTION:
OUR DIAPER CAKES ARE PRODUCED AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. THEY ARE NOT IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE TO SHIP OUT IMMEDIATELY. You must provide us with ample time to create your cake or state when you need the cake to arrive. This way we can assure you receive your diaper cake by the baby shower date or whenever you state you need it.
Diaper cake production begins the day AFTER you place your order. Diaper cakes take 3-5 business days in production BEFORE they even ship out. Once it ships out it is in transit via UPS anywhere from 2-6 days depending on where your order is shipping to. If you wish to expedite your order you can do so for an additional $10.00 fee which will be added to your purchase price by us when your order ships. IF you choose to expedite, the production time will be 1-2 business days instead of the 3-5 days it normally takes. You can choose to expedite the order even if you don't choose an expedited delivery method (i.e., UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3 Day Select). Simply state in the comments field upon checkout that you would like to expedite this order and we'll "move it up the line" and make it ship out sooner.
SHIPPING:
We offer FREE standard ground shipping in the continous 48 states for orders over $250.00. We also offer RUSH shipping, but please understand that this option is NOT included in the FREE shipping offer.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Please refer to the individual item you are purchasing for availability. Some of our products are available for immediate delivery and others have a few days lead time. Some of our products like strollers are dropped shipped straight from the manufacturer to you.
STOCK AND BACKORDERS:
Not all items that are displayed on our website are always in stock. In order to provide a large product selection, we will inadvertently be out of stock on items periodically. We will email you promptly to let you know if your item is out of stock & will do our best to fufill the order in a prompt manner.
REFUNDS:
Items may be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs within 30 calendar days from date of purchase.
Sorry, but we cannot offer returns or refunds on personalized items.
RETURNS:
If items are received in damaged condition due to shipping, please email us at: info@diapercakedepot.com within 10 days of receiving the item. You will receive instructions and a return authorization number for exchanging the item. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. Your replacement item will ship out as soon as we receive the damaged item.
